Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle that had collided with a tree in close proximity to a residential driveway.
According to Lt. Corey Kasun, the incident unfolded as follows: "During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a 68-year-old Prescott resident was operating a 2005 Ford van, traveling westbound on Copper Basin Road.
