Capital Improvements to be Discussed at CV Town Council Meeting
It’s a double-meeting day Tuesday for the Chino Valley Town Council. At 5 p.m., the study session takes place. The council will review its five-year capital improvement plan, which includes proposed improvement projects for streets and sewers. Then at 6 p.m. the voting meeting gets underway. A presentation is scheduled on the proposal to designate the Upper Verde River as a wild and scenic area. All items up for a vote are on the council’s consent agenda. This includes the purchase of new copiers and the purchase of a new dump truck. Both meetings take place in town council chambers at 202 N. Highway 89.
