Water is the one and only topic for a special joint meeting of the Chino Valley Town Council and Planning and Zoning commission. Mark Holmes, the town’s water resource consultant, will make a presentation on water issues. The meeting takes place Wednesday at 3 p.m. in town council chambers at 202 North Highway 89.
