APS could bring its Solar Communities Rural Program to Chino Valley. The town council votes on that agreement at its meeting Tuesday. The solar program would be set up on town hall property. The council also considers establishing a maintenance improvement district near the intersection of E. Perkinsville Road and Salida Del Sol. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in town council chambers at 202 N. Highway 89.
