New solar covered parking structures will be constructed on Chino Valley town hall property. At its meeting Tuesday, the town council unanimously approved an agreement with APS for the Solar Communities Rural Program. Under the agreement, the parking structures will be owned and operated by APS for 20 years. The town will receive 437 bill credit for participation in the program.
