Drought Ends in Yavapai County
No more drought in Yavapai County. Thanks to all the rain and snow over the past couple of months, the U.S. Drought Monitor reports no drought conditions anywhere in the county. The same is true for about three-quarters of the state. There are parts of western Arizona and southeastern Arizona that are either abnormally dry or in moderate drought. With no drought to speak of in Yavapai County, the fire danger in the Prescott National Forest is low.
