Proposed amendments to the 2023 general election ballot will be discussed at Tuesday’s Prescott City Council study session. The council also hears a presentation on the fire adaptive community program. The meeting takes place at 1 p.m. The voting meeting follows at 3 p.m. Council votes on the tentative budget for fiscal year 2023-2024. Other items on the agenda include the acceptance of grants from ADOT for airport improvement projects, and contracts for the teacher affordable housing project. Both meetings take place in city council chambers at 201 N. Montezuma Street.
