A couple of hours before the Class of 2023 received their diplomas at Prescott High School, a fire broke out at one of the sheds on campus. Units from the Prescott Fire Department and Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority were called to the scene late Friday afternoon. They discovered flames coming from the shed. Firefighters quickly put out the fire before it could spred to nearby buildings. The cause of the fire is not known. The blaze did not result in any delays to Prescott High School’s commencement ceremony.
