Other foods that are a good source of hydration are tomatoes, celery, honeydew melons, radishes, peaches, and zucchini. Along with keeping you hydrated, these foods also have important nutrients. Nutrition experts say drinking alcohol and beverages with caffeine like coffee and energy drinks will not keep you hydrated as they can remove liquids from your body quicker than other drinks.
