Gas Price Are Up Again

Once again, the price of gas is going up. According to AAA Arizona, the national average has increased nearly ten cents from last week. It now stands at $3.47 a gallon. But this spike could be short-lived as the cost of oil and the global demand has fallen. Here in Arizona, the average price for the state is $3.93, 46 cents higher than the national average. The highest price for gas in the state is in Maricopa County at $4.21 a gallon, while the lowest average is in Yuma County at $3.49. In Yavapai County, the average price for a gallon on unleaded regular is $3.64.
