Gas Prices Pretty Much Stable

Despite a rise in both the price of oil and the demand for gas, the national average for a gallon of unleaded regular has remained stable. AAA Arizona rpeorts the national average has been hovering around $3.82 for more than a week. But cost of gas in Arizona is higher than the national average. The statewide average is $4.01 a gallon. The most expensive gas in Arizona is in Maricopa County, where the average price per gallon is $4.19. The cheapest gas is in Greenlee County at $3.54 a gallon. Here in Yavapai County, the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular is $3.93, three cents more than a week ago.
