Homestead Preliminary Plat up for Vote at CV P&Z Meeting

A vote on the Homestead Preliminary Plat comes up for a vote at Tuesday’s meeting of the Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission. The subdivision would be built on 20 acres of land at the northwest corner of West Road One South and South Road One West and consist of 15 one-acre lots. An update on the town’s general plan is also on the agenda. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in town council chambers at 202 N. Highway 89.
