HUSD Names Dr. Christine Griffin as New Superintendent

Humboldt Unified School District announced its new superintendent. Dr. Christine Griffin takes over for John Pothast. Griffin has 21 years of education experience in Yavapai County, five of them with HUSD. She has served as the Executive Director of Educational Services and Innovation for the past two years. Griffin was also principal at Granville Elementary School and in the Cottonwood-Oak Creek School Distric. In addition, she served as the K-8 Intervention Coordinator in Sedona.
