Lots of Roads Need Fixing in Chino Valley

There are plenty of streets and roads in need of repair in Chino Valley. The town council heard about them during its study session Tuesday as they reviewed the five-year capital improvement program. Some of the roadways that need fixing up are Road One East in front of Territorial Elementary School, Reed Road, Perkinsville Road – which is a major safety issue due to all the truck traffic – Road Four North, and Center Street, where there are power poles in the middle of the road. Work on all the major roads in Chino Valley would cost an estimated 13 million dollars. As this was a study session, no vote was taken on this matter.
