Yavapai County continues to see the number of Air BnBs increase, especially in one city. According to the Yavapai College Regional Economic Development Center, three-percent of the total housing units in Prescott are short-term rentals. That number is four-percent in Cottonwood and two-percent in Camp Verde. Up in Sedona, 41-percent of total housing units in that city are listed as short-term rentals.
