More Lane Closures on I-17 This Week

More lane restirctions are scheduled for this week along I-17 in Yavapai County. Crews are performing rock blasting operations as part of the I-17 flex lane project. The interstate will be closed in both directions from Bumblebee Road to Sunset Point from 10 to 11 p.m. through Thursday. In addition, the southbound lane will be narrowed to one lane from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. through Friday for controlled rock blasting. Motorists traveling on I-17 during this time should allow themselves extra time to reach their destinations. Also, be sure to slow down when driving through the work zone.
