More lane restrictions are in place on I-17 through Yavapai County. ADOT crews are performing pavement maintenance between Sunset Point and Orme Road. Because of this, southbound I-17 between Arcosanti and Orme Road is narrowed to one lane through September 1st. Northbound I-17 between Sunset Point and Orme road is narrowed to one lane beginning Monday and lasting until September 1st. The speed limit in the work zone is reduced to 45 miles per hour. Motorists are urged to be alert for construction crews and equipment while driving through that stretch of I-17.
