Prescott Valley has a new development services director. Donna Kennedy has been hired for the position. She had been the economic development director for the City of Tempe, and helped with the development of Tempe Town Lake and the downtown core. Prior to working for the City of Tempe, Kennedy was the redevelopment program manager for the City of Phoenix. She earned a master’s degree in urban and environmental planning from ASU.
