Parts of Prescott See Rain on Mother's Day

The Prescott area got some rain on Mother’s Day. According to the Yavapai County Flood Control District, White Spar Campground received 0.20 inches of rain Sunday. Goldwater Lake and Haisley Homestead both got 0.16 inches. Downtown Prescott had 0.08 inches, and Outer Loop Road received 0.04 inches of rain. The National Weather Service reports a chance for thunderstorms in the Prescott area every day this week.
