A person was injured after falling from a horse while out riding. Units from the Prescott Fire Department and Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority responded to an area near Granite Basin Road Thursday. The person was a mile up the trail when the fall occurred. Firefighters retrieved the person, who was flown to a trauma center. The victim’s current condition is not known.
