Phase One of Penn/Eastwood Project Complete

The first phase of the Penn Avenue/Eastwood Drive improvement project in Prescott has been completed. Crews have finished installing all water utilities in the project area. Roadway and concrete reconstruction is now being performed in the area. A new storm drain system is also being installed. Because of this work, Penn Avenue between Gurley Street and Hillcrest Drive is closed. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays.
