The Cottonwood Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing resident, 79-year-old Edward John Dominick, who was last seen on October 19th in the vicinity of Tempe.  Dominick suffers from short-term memory loss and possible dementia, which may affect his ability to recognize his surroundings. He was last seen driving a white Chevy Equinox. Given his medical conditions and history of getting lost, there is concern for his well-being.

Cottonwood Police are urging everyone to be on the lookout forDominick and to report any information that could aid in his safe return. If you have seen or have any information related to Dominick, contact the Cottonwood Police Department at 928-634-4246 or dial 911 immediately.
