Prescott and Prescott Valley may be good places to start a business. WalletHub.com recently came out with its list of the best small cities to start a business. Prescott came in at number 166 while Prescott Valley was number 193. There were 1,300 cities and towns in total on the list. The rankings were based on the business environment, access to resources, and business costs. Prescott and Prescott Valley were the only Arizona municipalities in the top 200. Also on the list were Bullhead City at number 327, San Luis at number 334, and Flagstaff at number 351.
