Prescott Area Congressman Eli Crane Picked for Another Committee

The Prescott area’s new congressman has received another committee assignment. Representative Eli Crane has been picked to serve on the U.S. House Committee on Veterans Affairs. In a statement from his office, Crane said, “As a combat veteran who served our country for thirteen years, I am extremely proud to join the U.S. House Committee on Veterans Affairs. Our nation’s veterans are heroes who have sacrificed tremendously and their concerns should be a top priority for Congress.” Crane, a former Navy SEAL, will also serve on the House Committee on Homeland Security.
