Prescott Cares is getting more Community Development Block Grant money. The CDBG Citizens Advisory Committee voted to increase the funding for individuals from $5,000 to $8,000, and the amount for businesses from $5,000 to $10,000. The money is available to help individuals or businesses who have experienced a loss of money due to COVID-19. The vote by the committee, which took place earlier this week, was unanimous.
