A petition regarding the World's Oldest Rodeo comes before the Prescott City Council at its meeting today. A vote is also scheduled on multiple contracts related to the Big Chino Water Ranch well field and pipeline delivery system. Another item on the agenda concerns a three-year contract with the Yavapai Humane Society for animal sheltering services. The meeting begins at 3 p.m. in city council chambers at 201 N. Montezuma Street.
