An update from the Mayor’s Commission for Water Policy review is the first item on the agenda for Tuesday’s Prescott City Council study session. There will also be a presentation on the city’s code compliance program. The study session begins at 1 p.m. The voting meeting follows at 3 p.m. The council considers an intergovernmental agreement with the Yavapai County Flood Control District for the reimbursement of various drainage projects. Also on the agenda is the establishment of the city court assessment fee. Both meetings take place in city council chambers at 201 N. Montezuma Street.
