A discussion on replacing select city ordinances is on the agenda for Tuesday Prescott City Council study session. It begins at 1 p.m. The voting meeting follows at 3 p.m. The council considers a site plan for a 12-unit apartment complex at 225 S. Rush Street. Both meetings take place in city council chambers at 201 N. Montezuma Street.
