A 39-year-old Prescott man was arrested Thursday for allegedly buying an selling catalytic converters. According to police, Todd Dawkins ran a business called “Capital Cores Plus LLC” which purchased stolen catalytic converters. An investigation by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Public Safety showed Dawkins had unlawfully purchased 10,000 catalytic converters over the past 18 months. Dawkins was booked into the Camp Verde Jail on numerous charges.
