Prescott Plaza Hotel Review Set for This Friday
7/10/23
The City of Prescott Historic Preservation Commission will hold a study session this Friday to review the proposed Prescott Plaza Hotel. The developer is proposing the demolition of the existing building on Whiskey Row currently occupied by Mountain Spirit Gallery, Harley Davidson, and Wild at Heart. In its place, a new five-story, 55-room hotel would be built. The meeting takes place at 9 a.m. in city council chambers at 201 N. Montezuma Street.
