Prescott Police Detective Arrested for Impaired Driving

A Prescott police detective has been arrested for impaired driving. According to the Prescott Police Department, officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury collision at the intersection of Highway 89 and Prescott Lakes Parkway around 4 p.m. Friday. When officers noticed signs of impairment to Detective Dillenbeck, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the scene. After their investigation, Detective Dillenbeck was arrested on several counts of impaired driving. He was using an unmarked police car at the time of the accident. Detective Dillenbeck has been placed on administrative leave.
