The Town of Prescott Valley has a new public works director. Heather Ruder  has been hired for the position. She previously served as assistant public works director for the city of Largo, Florida. Ruder is familiar with Arizona as she has been the assistant operations manager for Pima County and the assistant interim director of public works for Eloy. She earned a BS degree in civil engineering from the U-of-A and a masters degree in administration from NAU. Ruder is scheduled to begin her new role as Prescott Valley public works director on April 17th.
