A Yavapai County jury found a Prescott Valley man guilty of vulnerable adult abuse and child molestation. According to court records, 60-year-old Jeffrey Brian Lowman worked as a maintenance man at an apartment complex where he went into the unit of a man and woman who were mentally handicapped and abused them on two occassions in 2021. Investigators also discovered that between 2014 and 2019, Lowman had been taking care of the children of a woman who lived in the complex, during which time he molested one of the children. Lowman is scheduled to be sentenced on July 10th.
