PV P&Z Votes on New Housing Development
The Prescott Valley Planning and Zoning Commission considers a premilimary plat for a new housing development at its meeting Monday. The site is located near the intersection of Highway 169 and Outback Road, and would consist of 265 homes on 542 acres of land. The commission also considers amending the town code to remove the reference to chickens and rabbits from the definition of livestock. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the town library auditorium at 7401 E. Skoog Boulevard.
