The Prescott Valley Town Council holds a study session Thursday. A comprehensive fee analysis is on the agenda. The council also discusses how to adapt to regional climate impacts, and looks at the proposed community facility districts policy. The meeting begins at 3 p.m. in town library auditorium at 7401 E. Skoog Boulevard.
