PVPD TEEN SAFETY TABLE RESCHEDULED

Due to the winter storm and the closing of the schools, the Teen Safety Table has been rescheduled.

The Prescott Valley Police Crime Prevention Unit will be hosting the Teen Safety Table on Wednesday, February 22nd, at the Prescott Valley Public Library from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

In recognition of February as Random Acts of Kindness Month, information will be available on how our local teens can be “RAKtavists”, ALSO KNOWN AS “Random Acts of Kindness Activists” in their schools and communities.

There will be a lot of fun giveaways and information available. They will also feature safety information geared toward self-care, friendships, suicide prevention, and many other topics relevant to today’s teens.

The Prescott Valley Police Department recognizes the need to build relationships with our local youth and to bridge that gap. Teen Table provides them the opportunity to connect with local teens in a fun, neutral
environment.
