It was a wet day in parts of Yavapai County Wednesday. According to the County Flood Control District, Haisley Homestead received just over a half-inch of precipitation. Thumb Butte got 0.43 inches. White Spar Campground had 0.39 inches. Goldwater Lake received 0.35 inches. Big Bug Mesa got 0.28 inches. Lynx Lake had 0.20 inches, and Downtown Prescott and Prescott Heights both received 0.16 inches of precipitation. More rain and snow are expected for the Prescott area today with a 60-percent chance for showers this evening.
