Raskin's Jewelers in Prescott Sold

1/18/23

A long-time Prescott jeweler has sold their company. Jim Carlisto and James Carlisto Jr., a father and son team, have acquired Raskin’s Jewelers, a third-generation, family-owned, local jewelry company established in 1946.

Carlisto Sr., a Prescott area resident with a history in the jewelry business, formerly worked as the general manager at Langert Netzband Fine Jewelers and holds fifteen years of experience in the industry. Both the Raskin and Langert families established their companies in 1946 and have done business in Arizona for the last 76 years.

The new owners of Raskin’s Jewelers will make no major changes to the business operations. In addition to jewelry sales and repairs, they will resume the sales of awards, trophies, and engravings. Raskin's Jewelers will also continue to be buyers of precious metals and diamonds. The new ownership is anticipated to open their doors in later this month.
