Small Wildfire in Chino Valley

The Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority dealt with another small wildfire. The blaze broke out Sunday in the area of Road Two South in Chino Valley. At least five acres of grassland was burned. There were no reports of injuries or property damage due to the fire. Despite all the rain and snow, and no drought conditions anywhere in Yavapai County, CAFMA officials want everyone to be careful with anything that can cause a flame or a spark. They add for those who wish to burn their yard debris, make sure you have a burn permit and follow all rules and guidelines for burning.
