Small Wildfire in Paulden

Even during the winter, wildfires can break out in the tri-city area. On Saturday, units from the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority were called out to Paulden, where a wildfire was burning off Big Chino Road. The blaze grew to three acres in size before fire crews brought it under control. No structures were damaged by the fire, the cause of which is not known at this time.
