It was a wet Wednesday for some parts of Yavapai County. According to the County Flood Control District, Camp Verde received 0.87 inches of rain. Ash Fork got over a half-inch of rain. Sedona had 0.43 inches. The Village of Oak Creek had under a quarter inch of rain, and Lake Montezuma received 0.12 inches of rain. There was no measurable rain in the Tri-City area Wednesday. That could change Thursday as the National Weather Service is calling for a 40-percent chance of thunderstorms.
