Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested for Manslaughter

The Partners Against Narcotic Trafficking (PANT) has arrested a suspect in the first Yavapai County case of holding a drug dealer responsible for an overdose death. Thirty-eight year old Filippo Alviano was arrested by Yavapai County detectives on December 6th in New York State after he fled across the country in October 2021. Alviano is being charged with negligent manslaughter and sale/transfer of narcotic drugs as part of the death of 28-yearold Trevor Rauch, who died of a fentanyl overdose on August 3rd, 2021.
