Two members of the Yavapai College Police Department have been promoted to the rank of detective. They are Travis Munday and Megyn Felton. College Police Chief Tyran Payne says having two detectives will allow the department to conduct more detailed investigations. He added both Munday and Felton have attended crime scene investigation schools and have worked with the investigation teams of other police departments in the Tri-City area.
