Unemployment numbers are on the rise. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports the unemployment rate for the country in May was 3.7 percent, an increase from April’s rate of 3.4 percent. Arizona’s unemployment rate held steady at 3.4 percent last month, the same number as in April. The unemployment rate is even better for Yavapai County, which stands at 3.2 percent.
