A wildfire closed a portion of I-17 in Yavapai County Saturday. The blaze occurred near the Highway 69 exit, and closed the roadway in both directions up to the Highway 169 exit. The wildfire grew to just over 25 acres in size before firefighters brought it under control. State Forestry officials say a trailer caught fire along the interstate, and the flames spread to the nearby grass.
