YC Governing Board Member Paul Chevalier Resigns

A new member is needed for the Yavapai College Governing Board. On Tuesday, Paul Chevalier, who represents District Three, announced his resignation from the board. Chevalier said, “Today I turned 84 and, while my health is good, this is the moment for me to step down and let someone younger take my position." Applications are being accepted to fill out the remainder of Chevalier’s term. His district encompasses the Sedona area. Those interested must send a letter of interest and a resume to tim.carter@yavapaiaz.gov. Applications will be accepted until February 23rd. After that, an interview process will take place, with the selection made on March 10th.
