Creek in Prescott Renamed in Honor of Elisabeth Ruffner

It’s no longer No Name Creek . . . It’s now Elisabeth Creek, in honor of the late Elisabeth Ruffner. The Prescott City Council approved the name change at its meeting Tuesday. 


Ruffer’s daughter, Becky, told the council:
