Halloween is just a few weeks away, and many people will celebrate the occassion by attending parties, social events, and trick or treating.

The Prescott Valley Police Department wants to remind everyone to be safe and make good decisions. PVPDP Spokeswoman Desiree Kelly tells the NEWS:
