The Prescott Valley Town Council made its choice to fill the seat vacated by Roger Kinsinger. At a special meeting Wednesday, the town council interviewed the final three candidates for the position, and after debating for more than an hour chose Lucy Leyva to serve out the remainder of Kinsinger's term.
