Prescott City Council OKs More Houses off Prescott Lakes Parkway

The Prescott City Council gave its approval to the preliminary plat for the Peregrine Ridge subdivision at its meeting Tuesday. It will consist of 54 lots off Prescott Lakes Parkway near Smoketree Lane. 


Before the vote, Councilman Eric Moore had concerns regarding traffic flow in the area:
